No need to worry about staying on top of your goals while travelling, because I will adjust your workouts accordingly. Custom Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition coaching will be tailored to your goals, lifestyle, dietary preferences, likes/dislikes to make sure its 100% enjoyable for you. You will forget about getting confused what foods to eat in order to properly fuel your body, because I will provide you with a custom macro breakdown for your body's daily nutrition requirements. You can forget about following a strict meal because I will provide you with a flexible, easy and delicious recipe ideas to inspire you to experiment with new foods. Custom recipes will be tailored to your preferences: how much time you have, how easy you want your meals to be + you get a grocery shopping list to make your life easy. Meal tracking will also be included in your coaching to make sure you are learning and progressing with your goals. Custom Mindset Coaching
Together we will come up with a plan on how to improve your daily mindfulness and productivity. In a current world full of distractions and daily work overload, we forget on how important is to take care of our mental health. ''Before I started working with Fitnut Academy I was worried that it would not be easy to have the motivation to workout consistently and stick to nutrition habits. My initial goal was to lose weight, start eating healthy and find the motivation to workout. However, working with Ilona online has helped become motivated to workout and to make better nutrition choices. Being able to track my progress on the Fitnut app has been great tool to keep me on track to reach my goals.
At the beginning the most challenging part was completing the workouts and making efforts in my nutrition and healthy habits . After about a week both of these became like second nature.
